In an effort to streamline charges and for ease of billing, cash or credit cards will not be accepted. Charges for non-members will be placed on the account of the member who invited them. When making reservations please provide attending member’s name(s) and membership number(s).

Please be mindful of the following
The head table is always served first
Plan to be at the Club approx. 2 1/2 to 3 hours

Timeline
12 noon: Cocktails in the Lower Lounge
12:15 pm: Arrival of the guest of honour
12:20 pm: Proceed to the dining room
12:30 pm: Head table is seated

Cancellation Policy:  If you have made reservations and are unable to attend please let us know 48 hours in advance, otherwise you will be charged.

RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED. No Walk-ins please

Make reservations to dining@rhadc.bm or call Wendy at the Club office.
Please do not make reservations with the food & beverage staff.
