The Royal Hamilton Amateur Dinghy Club incorporates magnificent function facilities providing for weddings, dinners, cocktail parties, meetings, and all special occasions. At the head of Hamilton Harbour the Club looks west over the Marina, Red Hole and the inner harbour, with views of Hamilton and the Paget shore. The Club is only ten minutes drive from Hamilton, and offers ample car parking.

Our Functions staff are here to help you make your special occasion an event to remember. Whether it’s for a birthday party, wedding, corporate function or special occasion, we will work with you to ensure your function is one to remember!
A wide range of high-quality food services to meet your catering requirements are available from our kitchen. While offering suggested menu selections our Chef welcomes the opportunity to discuss individual requirements and preferences to provide the most suitable combinations and types of dishes.
The Club uses a number of its rooms and areas to host functions:
The Top of the Harbour Dining Room
Upper level with water views – looking west over the Marina and Hamilton Harbour. Elevator and stair access. The room is suitable for seminars, cocktail parties, private dining, or meetings. The room can accommodate 250 guests standing, or 100 guests seated.
The Princess Louise Room
Upper level with garden views. Elevator and stair access. The room is 640 sq ft, and is suitable for seminars, cocktail parties, private dining, or meetings.
The Upper Lounge
Upper level. Elevator and stair access. The room is suitable for cocktail parties – up to 30 guests.
The South Lawn
On the south lawn adjacent to the Club. This area can be tented and is suitable for cocktail parties, wedding receptions, or outside dining.
The Boat House Deck
Overlooking the Marina and Hamilton Harbour, this area is suitable for cocktail parties, wedding receptions, or outside dining for up to 75 guests.
