RHADC Patio No Smoking Policy

To ensure the RHADC is compliant with the Law and respectful to individuals who do not wish to consume second hand smoke, the following outlines the Policy, constructed by the Committee of Management, which all Members and Guests of the RHADC are required to observe.

Should the awning over the Patio be in use, whether partially or fully unfurled, there is to be no smoking on the Patio. There will also be no smoking permitted on the Patio while the sides of the enclosure are in use, whether it be partial or full.

Smoking shall only be permitted on the Patio if both the awning and sides are completely retracted.

Please note that there is a designated smoking area south of the Patio, away from the awning. An outdoor ash disposal container has been added for convenience.
