THE TRADITIONAL & HISTORICAL GRAPES OF BURGUNDY WITH A NEW TWIST
The traditional grapes of the Burgundy region of France are Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. These varieties are grown all over the world
and many are fine examples.
For this dinner, we will taste 3 Chardonnays and 3 Pinot Noirs -1 each from Burgundy and 2 each from other countries/areas.
The evening will begin with a casual tasting where participants may pick, choose, mingle and greet friends & guests.
The menu is fashioned to showcase the fine pairings. Click here
