“La Petite Perriere” Sauvignon Blanc
- Appellation: Loire Valley
- Varietal: Sauvignon Blanc
- Tasting Notes: Light and refreshing and full of fruity flavours that make this wine very easy to drink. It is definitely something tasty for your palate and great to share with friends no food even needed. But light hors d’oeuvres like a cheese plate would do just fine.
“La Petite Perrire” Sancerre
- Appellation: Sancerre
- Varietal: Sauvignon Blanc
- Tasting Notes: Flavours of mineral that are both crisp and refreshing derived from the flinty soils and the distinct grassy aromas give an elegant essence to this refined wine. Great for fish to cut through the salt or full of life to pair with chicken fettucine in a cream sauce. A versatile treat!
Domaine Colombier Chablis
- Appellation: Chablis
- Varietal: Chardonnay
- Tasting Notes: Crisp citrus notes that make this chardonnay even more likable even after being unoaked. Which lend to a lighter style of this grape that most people enjoy. Something that drinks well on its own and with pairs well with some pate or grilled vegetables/fish. That crisp green apple helps to cut through strong flavours like cheese as well.
“La Petite Perriere” Pinot Noir
- Appellation: Loire Valley
- Varietal: Pinot Noir
- Tasting Notes: Bright red fruits give this wine enjoyable for an old world style of the pinot noir grape. Its light and refreshing and could be served with fish bites or some tasty beef strips for an appetizer.
Hess Pinot Noir
- Appellation: Central Coast, CA
- Varietal: Pinot Noir
- Tatsting Notes: Soft smooth tannins make this well rounded wine with plush flavours of plums and berries and a bit of clove and vanilla from the oak make this wine so quaffable and balanced its hard not to like. It would go well with a wide range of dishes from grilled salmon/chicken or pork and even some creamy cheeses.
Michele Chiarlo Barbera D’Asti
- Appellation: Asti
- Varietal: Barbera
- Tasting Notes: A wine that expresses the lighter side of Italy. Stands up well against its Barolo cousins but has silky smooth tannins that coat your tongue and the flavor is so rich yet elegant that lends to it being able to pair with a variety of foods. Roasted red meats and even mushrooms, chicken and pork. Another light well structured wine
