I am pleased to announce the appointment of a General Manager for the RHADC. Mr. Brian Bjers, a US citizen with thirty years in the boating and yacht club world, will commence employment with the Club on or around the middle of January, 2010. Brian brings a wealth of experience to his new role with the RHADC. After graduating from the University of Connecticut, Brian spent thirteen years running private and charter yachts from the UK to Greece, the Caribbean and East Coast of the United States and has held a U.S. Coast Guard Captain’s license for over twenty five years. Over the last seventeen years Brian has been the General Manager of three great clubs - Pequot Yacht Club on Long Island Sound, Eastport Yacht Club in Annapolis, Maryland and Baltimore Yacht Club on the Chesapeake Bay. |
